Steps I followed -
Find some similarly colored un-useful CDs and a set of photos (preferably related). I used all CDs that had a blue shade. I have some of the yellow shaded CDs that I will be using in future. I used all of my daughter's casual pics that captured her curious moments :)
Cut the pics in circular shape of same sizes.
Glue one pic to the rear side of each CD
Glue the CDs together
I used a floral tape as mentioned in the video to hang the frame.
